Cinemark Gift Card - Warranty & Usage Instructions

Balance Verification:

• You must check the balance within 15 minutes of receiving the card.
• Do not check on the Cinemark website—these types of cards are not supported there.
• The best way to check your balance is by attempting a purchase on Fandango when selecting a Cinemark movie.

Online & In-Theater Redemption:

• To book tickets online, use Fandango and select a Cinemark movie. At checkout, apply the gift card.
• For in-theater food purchases, use the Pass2U app to generate a PDF barcode for easy scanning at the register.
• Some theaters may have a limit of two gift cards per food transaction.

Refund & Replacement Policy:

• This product is non-refundable.
• Credit or replacement will be provided in cases of an invalid balance, at our discretion.
