• No refunds—only store credit or replacements.

Balance Check:

• Check your balance online: First Watch Balance Checker
• You must check within 15 minutes of purchase.
• We will only replace if a balance issue is shown—you are responsible for verifying the balance.

Common Issues & Solutions:

• Invalid account or account closed: This is an IP or device issue, not a card issue.
• Checking multiple cards in a row can trigger a temporary block.
• Fix: Reset your IP by toggling Airplane Mode for 10 seconds if on LTE.

How to Use:

• Use the Pass2U app to create a scannable PDF barcode.
• Show the barcode in-store for scanning at checkout.
