Warranty Policy (1 Hour):

• Check for PIN enable in the info tab—replacements are provided if PIN is enabled.
• Warranty covers invalid logins or incorrect rewards balance.
• Unverified emails are not replaceable since they can still be used in-store with the QR code.

How to Use:

1. Log into the account using the provided email and password on the Jersey Mike’s website or app.
2. Navigate to the Rewards section and confirm the point balance.
3. Scan the provided barcode or enter your phone number in-store to redeem points.
4. Enjoy your free sub! You can only redeem one free giant sub per transaction. Do separate transactions for multiple rewards.

• We do not refund or replace for cancellations due to online ordering.
